Sports Massage: Focuses massage for specific athletic performance or injuries. Helps increase range of motion and athletic performance.
Myofascial Skin Rolling: Decompression massage, emphasis on releasing myofascial tension with decompressive techniques such as stretching and grasping and pulling areas of tension apart.
Chinese Medical Massage or Tui Na: This is a Chinese Medical based treatments much like sports massage. Techniques are faster and more invigorating as well as relaxing. Oscillating movements, stretching and deeper pressure, kneading and grasping. This is more focused based massage: neck, shoulders, back etc... This can be performed with clothing on.
